Editorial Update
With the recent release of Visual Studio 2013 RC (which includes, by the way a “Go-Live” license) this issue with Visual Studio 2013 Preview has probably been overtaken by events. I’ll leave this here anyway as a historical footnote.
How’s this? Tonight I fired up the VM I installed the Visual Studio 2013 Preview into last month, only to be greeted with this when firing up an instance:
It’s only been installed since August 3rd, 2013 (today is September 6th, 2013) – meaning that the “Prerelease License” was only good for a month. I’m sorry, but for a beta/pre-release, that’s pretty stingy. I would have expected at least a 90 day trial, before being forced into using an account.

yes it is very irritating when you have the right software for development but it Expires and you can not work with it.

If you have any solution for that then please mail me my mail ID is rdpanchal3@gmail.com

Well, got similar issue. In my case, the cause was invalid system date. After change of date to the range where license is valid, Visual Studio started as for the first time. Then, under Help menu, there is possibility to activate product by license key (no need for MSDN login).
