The new year greets us with a new opportunity – for other folks. We’ve decided to do some “spring cleaning” and sell of a lot of unused furniture we have. I’ve also decided to part with my beautiful silver 1998 Mercedes SLK 200 which has been reliable and trouble-free.
Here’s a quick blurb about my excellent roadster:
“Hate to part with this very economical (fuel) vehicle which also has the security of a steel retractable roof which converts from convertible to Coupe in a few seconds. A striking car, with excellent lines – you honestly wouldn’t think it’s a 1998 model.
Air Conditioning, power mirrors, windows as standard, airbags etc. Removed he factory stereo and replaced with a JVC in-dash DVD player complete with remote control (this is the only modification to an otherwise excellent vehicle).
Tyres are in good condition (brand new front tyres), battery was replaced in 2008. Rego to Feb 2010 (next month). Will consider offers. No financing/nothing owing on the vehicle. VIN/Rego supplied upon request (for Revs Check).
Very recently (Jan 2010) serviced by a Mercedes specialist (Three Point Classic at Bundall). Has a QLD Roadworthiness Certificate.
