Hi All,
Just a quick word to mention I found a new second hand record store on Queens Street mall in the Brisbane CBD. It’s call Egg Records and it’s near Hungry Jacks (the covered area) between where Queen Street mall and Albert streets intersect. It’s west on QSM and upstairs (level 1) just near the Bank of Queensland branch.
That’s three stores I’ve located in the past month. Rockiing Horse, Record Exchange and Egg. There was another place further west on Queen St mall, but it had a very tiny selection of second hand vinyl, most of it were new repressings (at $30+ a pop). Why is new vinyl more expensive than old vinyl?
Cheers /R
